Hey guys, im an 18 yo male student from germany. My PMO history began when i was 12, when i watched some P with a friend at his laptop. My fascination for this grew fast into an addiction. I first noticed that i have a problem when i had ED and DE problems when i tried to lose my virginity with my gf in december 2012 or so. I discovered NoFap in March 2013, but never managed to get a streak above 8 days or so. Nevertheless, i could cure my ED problems to 95% or so, but still have big issues with DE and sensitivity. My first goal is to achieve 30 days without PMO in softmode. I do this for me and my gf, because i love her and i want to improve our (sexual) relationship. I hope that i manage it this time. PS: does someone know why my signature doesnt show up? i have one of this PMO-tracker-pictures, but i see nothing under my posts EDIT: now i see it under this post, but not under my older ones...wtf?
