17 male from Colombia, starting over

    I started a week ago but today I PMO. Im looking forward to becoming a better person and being productive. I'm also starting to work out and learn an instrument. Any advice on this new start?

    Figure out what goals to set so you can achieve them. Get an accountability partner and work together on this. Read shares here, post comments, read/watch material that brings understanding concerning the nature and manifestation of this addiction. Keep trying no matter what happens!
