17 years old newbie

I everyone My Name is master I am 17 years old and currently I'm In My High School And I start Watching Porn And Masturbation When I Was 14 I Was Not Aware Whether It Was Right Or Wrong And slowly I got Addicted I Have Been Used to See porn Everyday And Masturbate atleast 3 or 4 times per day but now I realised it ruined my life I losse all my weight and become too skinny I try alot to quit this accidition and I failed many times so I started searching on this topic because I want to talk about it but there is nobody with whom I can share my things My story and then I find nofap community where people with same problem join here and help each other to get out of it and here I am posting my first post Hope someone would help me
