18 year old new Fapstronaut

Hi guys, I'm 18 year old guy.I was 14 years old when I watched porn for the first time.I was little bit addicted to pornography and masterbution at that time.I used to watch porn and then masterbutate.Now I'm highly addicted to porn and masterbution.I also masterbutate without porn due to my internet problems.So the big problem is masterbution and then porn.
Both addictions are causing side effects on my body.I was very healthy at age of 14 15 and 16 and my weight was nearly 90kgs.But now I'm an unhealthy person. My academic performance also descrase. l feel laziness,dullness,weakness,low energy and much more in my body .All is just due to these evil addictions.I'm feeling very depressed for these addiction.Everytime I want to stop them I fail and feel guilt and ashamed of myself.I have done many efforts but I fail.
So I decided to be patient and try again.Now it's my first day of nofap and I have challenged myself for 14 days nofap. If I complete challenge then I'll start 30 days nofat then 90 days and so on.I also need someone's help to overcome these addictions.Because team work is successful.I'm very hopeful that I'll get freedom from porn masterbution and orgasm.
