    Hey guys, a noob here trying to completely get rid of masturbating for good.I started masturbating at the age of 14 when i got a sudden boner in school since then i used to watch porn daily or when i dont get access to porn i used to fantasize about girls. Well during these 4 years all i faced was dissapointment,low self esteem,anxiety,no motivation,no emotions and so on i can keep on saying. So i decided to giveup masturbating to get back all my lost energy and motivation. My goal is to completely stop masturbating before my college starts so i can find a girlfriend :D . Please guys i need your support. We are here to help each other.

    1. Set up a porn blocker on your computer
    2. Start a journal on the forum, and get yourself an accountability partner
