Hey, Niklas's my name, as the title says i'm 18 years old, living in Germany. So actually how i came here, is because i was browsing Youtube on the search for Workout tips'n'shit. Than i saw this "NoFap" title and i felt like i was spoken to. Long story, short ending, here i am. Just some words to me, i'm more the "Peaceful" dude who just sits in the corner and watches others doing their stuff. I never felt like i have a Porn addiction or anything like this. I have day's where i don't even think about Women or even Porn and then there are days where i could jerk of x times and it isn't enough (Last time 3 years ago) I think i can make at least 30 Days. Maybe i write down some days if you want to know what i do to not masturbate. Well. Lookin' forward to make some friend here too, maybe You can hold every typo you found and correct them on your screen with a permanent marker.

If not, look around, there are hundreds of others from which to choose. When I say "it works if you work it", reading journals is part of that work.
