    I am addicted to musterbation and porn since my puberty .I have tried my theier best to leave this habits but totally useless know i listen about nofap.community which is a community where the same people are precent which helps each other so i decided to join it after struggling a whole day i have learnt how to use this website I hope somebody must help me to leave this bad habits
