1st day ( 90 days challenge)

Hello friends, Today's June 3 2023 I have broken my challenge every 2 days, I am very ashamed for this, but even if I don't want to, I am not able to stop this, since last few years I have realized that it is harmful.
Now it is starting to harm my body I feel very weak My daily routine is totally messed up but i want to try again

Today again I take 90 days challenge and that I will not do this action again I will share my status after every 5th day
