    U completed my 1st day of nofap but still a long journey to cover . I hope I will make it to 90 days. For now I have set a mini goal of completing 7 days. Hope I would be able to make it.

    Congratulations Joy Wolf on completing your 1st day! How are you getting on with your challenge? I’ve just completed 8 days of no PMO, there were moments where I found it difficult but I have developed a few tactics that have helped me to persevere. Best of luck with the challenge you’ve set yourself.
