I am in my 20s and have been addicted to porn since I was 11. Ive always felt the amount of porn I watch and when I need to watch it. Maybe a month or two ago ago I was really getting into HFO (hands free orgasm) porn and was going through these like candy trying to find one that did it for me. (none of them worked because too much porn is my guess) A week or two in a tuned into what seemed like a normal video but turned out to be one of these deranged sissy hypnosis videos. I was in trance so I obeyed and have been addicted since though I am holding onto my sanity with alpha male hypnosis videos. I'm terrified to relaps and starting today am hoping to get involved with this community.

And another question. Before I quit getting off should I only jerk off to straight hypnosis videos or should I stop all together right now?

    Thank you.

  2. Welcome to nofap. Personally i would say to stop watching all of it. None of it is healthy mentally or physically and to get back to normal it all needs to stop. Best of luck to you, youve come to the right place.

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I hope you keep coming back.

My strong advice is to get all porn and all hypnosis out of your life. Believe me, I understand the attraction. But I can't see anything good about hypnosis like this. If you were using hypnosis to quit smoking or lose weight, that'd be different I guess (although I am not saying it works); but using it as a way to get aroused and climax? How is that good for you?

  4. I think we see a motif but I agree with everyone. Take 90 days off and just don’t do anything, it’s a healthy number for anyone who has a sexual and sometimes even physical or emotional problems.

    Stay strong for the long!
