1st wet dream

    Hey, there I am on day 6 of nofap and I got first nightfall at early morning. Will it counted as relapse and will it break my 6 day streak? Yesterday I taken omega 3 capsule before sleeping, is this a reason for wet dreams? What should i do to stop wet dreams?

    Wet dream can be troublesome in that it might make you want to M afterward. If it doesn’t and you can control it then it’s never a relapse.
