2 days no pmo

    I am successfully resisting my urges for two days now. Its easy for me but it gets harder after day 6 my longest streak was 8 days. I hope i can beat the urges this time.

    For me it goes all over the place. Around day 7 my mind goes into a 'you're a worthless human being who has nothing but PMO in his life', when I'm actually a pretty happy guy, but when I get through that, by around day 10 I feel good, then the two week mark has bit me the last few times. Too much free time on weekends.

    Take it one day at a time!
