Hello Friend! go to a psychologist and psychiatrist they will know how to cure you ... i believe in psychotherapy

  2. First of all, congratulations are in order and thank you for sharing to inspire those of us still on the journey.

I only started seriously a couple of weeks ago and relapsed twice - once by choice and last night, for the first time, I felt like I wasn't in control and it honestly scared the sh*t out of me how easily even my warden (logical mind) succumbed.

I wanted to ask though, in the beginning, how many times did you relapse and how often (if you can recall)? I worry even in this short period that I've relapsed too often and I always want to improve so I'm thinking maybe I'm going about things from the wrong angle. I do take into consideration that I've combined porn, alcohol and cigarettes into one large vice and I went pretty hard with all three the last few years so stopping by going hard mode will take its toll on me and I have a harder battle to fight than if I were to only focus on stopping porn.

I'd love to hear what your opinions are and thanks again - for reading this and for sharing your story. Keep it up and all the best in your goals for the future.

    Hello Friend!
    thanks for the congratulations.
I remember the first few times that I relapsed very often, because this harmful habit was deeply rooted in me.
improvement is something that must be done step by step.
Your rationality would like to heal today, but the brain has its recovery time, it's like breaking a leg and
expecting it to heal after a minute (it's impossible)
with this I want to tell you not to worry about relapses are part of the process, what matters is the burning desire to quit!
all great achievements require hard efforts, remember "difficult choices easy life, easy choices difficult life"
Don't focus on the days, focus on the process, stop watching the days you're PMO free.
For anything ask me as well
    God bless you

  4. I think it might be true. I remember one guy from my highschool, there was something about him, although I am a male, but I could sense that.
He was strangly afraid of girls and generally shy. Well, after I discovered Nofap - I knew everything, and even had an insight how could others perceive me.

  5. Hey man congrats. Did u ever struggle with pied?

hello friend ... for a long time I had PIED, now I am healed

  7. Excellent, thanks for the reply.

I can never tell if I'm too hard or too lax on myself which is why I decided to ask. Deep down I think I already knew your answer and you now confirmed it for me. Hard days and weeks ahead but I'll keep my chin up and my hands out of my pants!

Keep it up and all the best to you!

Did you go through mental withdrawals after quitting PMO? I’m 13 months hardmode past the worst of it but I still deal with brain fog(poor memory recall and focus) on my good days it lifts but it seems to be the last mental withdrawl to go. At what point did your mental clarity improve permanently without anymore bad days?
