Hi, this is my first post and first time ever talking about my issue ever to anyone. I am looking to see if anyone around my age, maybe in London, has telegram so we could talk on it. I am a practicing Muslim and I have gone off pmo for months at times however when my faith is very low, the devil comes knocking back.
