Yo whats up? 21 yr old guy here. I’ve been jacking off to porn since I was 12. I’ve been doing it daily or everyother day ever since.

Porn has been my friend during puberty and adulthood. My hand and dick have had too close of a relationship. I’m over it though. Its wack. It isnt the real thing so I’m quitting porn. I’m abstaining from porn, jacking off and orgasm.

I’ve always been told (by the internet) that porn and masterbation is normal, but when it’s excessive it can really mess with you! Now my dick has a hard time staying hard.

My goal is to reboot for 90 days. This is day 2 and I’m stoked to see the new changes in my life.

I’d like to hear your experiences! I’m also down to keep in contact with another bro or a group and check up on each other regularly. Let me know if you’re wit it.

Welcome to NoFap. I have grown to hate pornography. It took so much from me and it never gave back any satisfaction. Even when I have stumbled into masturbation, I never feel peace after I did it. It just leaves me wanting more, but it never satisfies.

Thats how I was feeling! Which is why I took the initiative to make a change in my bad habit. It can be draining.

Welcome to the forum bud. Thanks for sharing your story. Make porn your enemy and you will triumph over this addiction. PMO will offer you nothing special. It is simply a drain on your resources and mental peace.

Do note that the differences are real and quitting PMO really makes a difference in one's life. When you don't have a real compulsion to quit (such as a PIED episode or hindrance with real S) motivation may be an issue. So be mindful of your motivation levels.

    Good luck in your journey!
