Welcome @Monu993. Definitely take a look around the site, there is lots of good advice and resources (and some bad advice). It's awesome that you've caught this so soon, so many of us have been addicted for 20 years or more. Rest assured that turning this problem around will save you from depths of misery that no person should ever have to experience. As an addict, I would say that I don't really understand addiction very well. That said, the more I learn about myself, the more I realize that addiction is something deep, and watching porn is just one form it manifests. I try to practice mercy towards myself, commit to always getting up when I fall. The most transformative thing for me recently has been seeking in-person help through a 12-step group. While I'm in the beginning stages of this, it has been so valuable. Seek help wherever you are willing to find it. Wishing you the best and sending my prayers.
