Hey guys i relapsed after 56 days but I fap once to pmo for just three minutes and didn't binge and watch porn for just 3 minutes and it didn't excited me as it did previously. Please answer my questions.
1. Is my whole process affected or lost.
2. Will i face all ups and downs through new journey of nofap.
3. Will i face nofap flatline.
4. Does one pmo session means relapse.
5. I am feeling well than feeling bad before 56 days later as i was addict but when i orgasmed to porn it was nothing addicted me.
6. Is it a reset or relapse

 

I wouldn't say that your whole process is lost it was just a little bit delayed. As long as you don't use your one pmo as an excuse to binge everything should be fine.
As for the rest of the questions it all varies from person to person although when it comes to considering it a relapse or a reset I would consider it a relapse.
