23 years old newbie

Hi everyone I am shyam and I am 23 years old and I am a student. I started watching porn when I was 13 years old. I used to have some friends who pushed me into that direction and I was not aware at that time whether it was good or bad. Now I got addicted and I want to get rid off this situation. So I started searching about this topic and found this community.
Today I am posting my first post and I am planning my first goal for 15 days and I will increase the days as I start improving.

 

Day 1 : woke up at 6:00 am then practiced some yoga workout. Had some breakfast , studied. At about 1:00 pm took a shower. Had breakfast and watched a movie. In the evening I accidently watched an adult scene in a movie and my mind started diverted and somehow managed to escape from it.
