24X7 STORY : BATTLE WITH HIDDEN ENEMY

    Hi, I want to share my first 7 days story of Battle with Hidden Enemy (porn, masturbation, etc.) These hidden enemies completely ruined my past 10 years of life. Now I have decided to fight these enemies and one-day beat these enemies.

    Day-1: The First day is very difficult because I feel many urges of masturbation and watching porn videos. But my determination to fight these enemies, the involvement of nature in my life, and more social with my friends and family play an important role in this battle. At the end of Day-1 battle, I beat these hidden enemies and I feel more powerful and my brain fills with full of positive thoughts.

    From Day-2 to Day-4: These days go with no porn, no masturbation, and won these battles at the end of the day.

    Day-5: After successful 4 days, it's a turning point in a battle where I feel hidden enemies more powerful and so many urges of masturbation and my brain filled with full of sex thoughts. My control over my body is loose and then I watch so many porn videos but no masturbation. And then I feel very regretful and lose a battle at the end of the day.

    Day-6: I feel very regretful, tired, and weak which leads to the loss of my confidence. But one thing I feel that no urge for masturbation and for watching porn videos that day.

    Day-7: At the end of the last half an hour of that day, Once again I feel the urge for watching porn videos but after some time finally I watch porn videos and start masturbation. and I saw 3-4 times more ejaculation in a single masturbate. which makes me more tired and so weak. but I don't feel any pleasure after masturbation.

    THIS SHORT JOURNEY OF 7 DAYS FINALLY ONCE AGAIN HIDDEN ENEMIES BEATS ME. PLEASE HELP ME AND GIVE SUGGESTIONS FOR LONG JOURNEY. I DECIDED TO STARTS A NEW JOURNEY.

    @Warrior963 welcome to the forum! The advice I can give you is to try to expand your knowledge about porn addiction (and addictions in general as P addiction shares the same symptoms as e.g. addiction to drugs/alcohol).     Learn from your mistakes, after my last relapse I digged in search for new articles that allowed me to see the problems I never considered (binge addiction, co-addictions). We are not perfect and each of us must dictate the terms we will follow on our journey, as sometimes hints mentioned by others can't be applied so easily to our situation.

    And remember that you mustn't give up - addiction to P is a nasty one, if you fall get up and keep pushing forward, the worst thing to do is to succumb to this sin and lose all hope. Successfull stories of other Fapstronauts from this forum and many articles prove that we can get rid of addiction to P and various fetishes which it induced. With each day we get more experienced and it will be easier to fight the good fight :)

    You need to block porn sites on your phone and computer (use SPIN browser for Android, and K-9 web protection or a web extension which blocks porn for your PC). You're not alone in this battle,we all can beat porn easily,i am 14 and i masturbate since 11. Once you win this battle,you win it forever,no way back. We're an army of addicts,and if we have the confidence we can free all the addicts from this porn horse-shit. Porn is the worst thing that was brought in this world,and i want to close it permanently,NO PORN,NO PROSTITUTION,NO NOTHING. I am sick and tired watching young kids like me,teenagers that are 18-19 (the most important age because you go to college,you finally build your future for yourself)
    I AM TIRED OF THIS PORN CRAP,I AM THE 8TH DAY OF NOFAP AND I FEEL LIKE I GOT CONTROL OF EVERYTHING.,EVERYDAY I OPEN NOFAP,I SEE YOU ALL GUYS SUFFERING BECAUSE OF THIS HIDDEN ENEMY OF OURS. IN 2021,I HOPE WE ALL BREAK FREE FROM PORN AND NEVER BE LOOKING BACK,GO GET A GIRLFRIEND,STAY AROUND YOUR FRIENDS,I BELIEVE IN YOU!! ONCE AGAIN,GOOD LUCK AND STAY STRONG!
