Hi everyone, I'm really glad to have discovered this community of people who help each other to achieve the PMO-free goal. I had no idea there was something like this, but recently I realised that it's so much better when we're not alone, and that we all need a community of support, and that's how I found it. I'm a 26 year old guy, which according to the forum descriptions mean that I'm "among the first generation of those who went through early puberty with the existence of high-speed Internet porn, and many of us are experiencing significant side effects" (absolutely true!). PMO has probably been on of the underlying sources of pain, guilt, shame, loss of friendships, lack of achievement, and many other things. If I had said this to anyone I know, they'd say I was exaggerating, but I'm so glad to finally be able to say this to people who understand. I've decided to quit PMO for religious reasons fundamentally, but I also know that there are so many other benefits for my day to day life. I'm really looking forward to having my life back. My parameters would be no PMO for 90 days for starters. I'll be starting today! Let's do this!!
Welcome man! Glad to see that you're willing to quit Porn! The NoFap community has a lot of great things but one of my favorites is to interact with people who understand and are supportive, I feel I won't get that even from love ones if they don't have an addiction to PMO... but enough of my ramblings, good luck to you dude!
