26y/o male brand new!

Hey guys,
I'm brand new to confronting my addictions out loud. I have been looking at porn and caught in the PMO cycle since I was 12. I'm now almost 27 and the realization that I have been doing this for over half of my life is crazy to me. I have wanted to stop since I started but have,not ever been able to kick it. I'm married and have two kids. I tend to be religious. I love anything out doors, especially rock climbing and camping.
I'm hoping this is the time I quit PMO for good!
