    I'm a male 27 years old. I started looking at porn when I was 4 or 5 years old( kinda young /:.. ) I decided I wanted to stop at around 14 or 15 years old and haven't had much success.. I want to quit for many reasons but 2 most important reasons are to be present and in the moment with my family, and to be strong mentally. I want to quit viewing porn and masterbation. I'm on day 1 right now but excited to see how far I can go with the help of this community!!!
