30 days ! No shoot!

    Completed 30 days without releasing my juice.
    I still watch Porn on and off every 2nd day or so. But only briefly.

    Touched myself here and there briefly but never too long.

    I dont feel any improvement in any area.
    Just feel awkward down there. Some time.

    Let see if i can keep this up...
