    Yup, so this is my 2nd time hitting the 30th day mark. I myself was a very negative guy 2 years ago, had a job as a sales consultant/cashier and hated it so much, even just waking up and heading to my job was exhausting. I mainly hated my job because it was dealing with people, and my social anxiety was the prime reason I hated it so much. I could've never look at anyone in the eye because I thought they would judge me in their heads, so I always looked a bit to the right or left of them. I felt tired all the time, had low self-esteem, no confidence, always thinking too much, tried a lot to avoid people. I would fap almost daily to just forget everything around me, but little did I know this act was basically draining me of my life.

    I discovered NoFap 5 months ago and had some streaks like 15 days, 22 days, and 34. This time I'm now at 30 days but what separates this streak from the others is that I'm trying to speed up the process with exercise and also getting a kidney detox. I'm already doing cold showers, getting sunlight, and already included fruits into my diet. Right now my skin is looking brown instead of pale, most acne scars have faded, skin isn't dry anymore, dry patches that I've had in both cheeks for 3 years have faded! (Very impressed with that one), hair isn't severely dry as back then, lower back pain isn't there anymore, and eyes don't look tired as back then. I still have social anxiety, but I'm confident it'll fade after I hit more than 90 days.

    I'm seriously just trying my best to reverse all the symptoms that have stacked up on me by fapping. I'm also aware that binging is the last thing you want to do since it could take 3 relapses in a week to either set you all the way back or severely set you back, which is why I set some chains on myself where I can't relapse as long as I'm below 90 days. Not saying I'll relapse immediately after 90 days because I honestly just want to have a life where I don't need to fap to feel good.

    NoFap to me is something that every man should practice until they can perfect it to the point anyone won't need it. The withdrawals I've had on this streak have been tough, I endured 3 days around day 21 until day 24 where my anxiety spiked up, laziness spiked up, mood swings there and there, and feeling useless were all packed in a package and hit me all at once. I was feeling so down that I wanted to relapse because I wanted to feel good for a bit, but I needed to be tough as heck to keep on going. I hear that once you have days like that, the brain is trying to correct itself in those type of periods. Anyways, this thing definitely works and I'm grateful I've stumbled upon this site where there's others going through the same thing, it really helps a lot to know that I'm not the only one going through times. Best of luck to all the bros in this place! Love ya'll!

    Good post -- and congratulations on your 30 Days +

    Here's a List of Tips I'm working on:
    HOW TO GET VICTORY OVER TEMPORARY TEMPTATIONS

    #1 Secret = Get Off Your Butt and Go Outside 2- Go on NoFap and make a post; or "like" some posts; or give advice 3- Listen to and Dance to your favorite music (fun and gets rid of excess energy) 4- Exercise, go to gym, go for a walk 5- Go to mall and talk with women 6- Go to store and buy yourself a treat (reward) 7- Do your favorite hobby 8- Call, email or go visit a friend 9- go walk a dog "woof" 10 - Have a "WHATEVER IT TAKES" attitude-mindset 11- Do a good deed for someone (extra points if they don't know who did it) 12- Meditate to help relax yourself (remind yourself that you are 100% in control and 100% responsible for your behavior-actions) 13- "All Things Are Possible" 14 - One day at a time

    APPLICATION = SUCCESS !!!!!!!!!!

    I got faith that I'll recover, just gotta give it more time. Being over 30 days is a nice achievement, but I want to go way much higher than that. I just want to have a life where I won't need to fap at all. Is that possible? It sure is, but it's going to take some time to achieve. So far I've already witnessed first hand that abstaining from porn and masturbation is beneficial to improve oneself.
