30 yrs old .. I will be hitting 30 days in 2 days .

Grateful to be starting my journey of NoFap . I have done the 12 steps and I'm bout to hit 16 months without putting a control substance any mind altering . I replaced matubation in the first step . I I have is my daily reprieve on my spiritual maintenance. Like when I would masturbate that cycle have me blocked from God and been having me likes I'm bout to go crazy ...I can't explain it ..but glad to be starting my journey
