Hey there, I've been on and off this since 2012 and am finally feeling like I can do it/take the work seriously that's involved. My life has taken a considerable hit from PMO addiction...just looking to connect to likeminded people and start this journey. Last October I had 20 days, and when I had sex with my gf for the first time in 3 weeks, it was incredible...I think I need a full 30 days away from everything including partner sex, which will be tough, but she knows exactly where I'm at and is encouraging and understanding. Anyway, just know it's time to change.
Hey brother, welcome! We are all here for different reasons but ultimately the same; to better ourselves. I am only on day 3 and the struggles are real. I have a gf (ish, we are always off/off, alot having to due with my addiction) and she 100% supports me making this journey and helps as much as I will let her.
