Hi everyone. I'm a 50 yo male, addicted to porn since I was 12. I've tried many things, but over the last 10 years been mostly "managing" my addiction. It's time to end all of that. I found this and related groups, and am encouraged by what I've read. Looking forward to 90 days of sobriety come December 31! Trying to figure out where/how I might sign up for a 90-day challenge. There isn't a spot to sign up. Just do it. I keep a little log book and note every time I fap. Also keep in mind just going cold turkey after 38 years of constant fapping and porn viewing is gonna be tough. You might want to start off with a 10 day goal. Then 15, then 20 and so on. It's like a guy doesn't just show up to the gym and bench press 400lbs.
Hey there! I'm shooting for that too, and then after that the rest of my life porn free! I'm starting small though, one day at a time. Time will pass quicker than you know but it will always seem dragged until your there on that glorious day.
