40 day challenge

I am starting a 40 day challenge with today being day 0 to stop watching porn. I have read this site for some time now and found a good community here with people who are in the same boat. The best thing I saw here is that by posting in a thread or responding to others, the problem is made real in my mind. It is a real problem, a real challenge that I have to deal with. Whether I succeed or fail, it is chronicled and thus I am made accountable to myself. Having said that, I am planning to go 40 days (and beyond) without porn. I will post more details later about my journey till here, but I wanted to start with this. Thank you in advance for support and encouragement. Wish everyone the best in their fight against this source of pain and frustration in everyone's lives.

 

Day 2 - 2/9/2015

I am trying to make it to 40 days without porn and I have decided to chronicle each day till 40 days from now. Regardless of whether I make it or not, I am going to chronicle it here for the next 40 days. No porn to me also means avoiding TV shows with nudity in them. Would be great if anyone can join me in this 40 day challenge or record keeping of their behavior. Also, let me know of your own challenge that you are doing through your own thread on this site, thanks!
