40 days and going

I've been wanting to post in this forum for a while... but needed to wait until my 30 day mark. The last 40 days have flown by. There have been urges and triggers. There have been moments of freedom and bliss. And there have been stretches of life that is just life. I am so grateful for finding this site, for the encouragement and ideas given in responses, and for finally choosing to be serious about rebooting and recovery. Now... marching towards 90 days!

 

Life is going ok. My heart and head feel lighter and the shame is minimal! Still the usual ups and downs, but surfing life now seems a tad easier that I'm not hauling the guilt of PMO around.
