79 days but in trouble

So as you can see, im at my 79th day of hard mode. It was actually going pretty good till now. My flatline isnt as shitty as it was a few weels ago and i think it is fading. But i feel like there is a bomb inside me somtimes which is waiting to blow up. Everytime i open my instagram and look at pictures of hot girls i know something weird happends. I feel like i could orgasm in a minute or so without even touching my dick. Everytime i look at those pictures and start fantasising i feel like im almost orgasming. I really need to stop immediatly because i am sure i will have an orgasm. I have had PE before starting nofap as result of years of porn escalation. Does this happen more often? And will it go away?
