    its been 9 days and 2 hours since i last pmo'd and trust me its a huge relief, i know its not as cool as 200 days buts its a huge deal for me, i feel like a better person already, i feel happier and i can talk to anyone, i realised frustration makes me want to have a relapse and even stress so i am avoiding them all, hopefully i will get to 200 days like you all
