90-day Challenge: kicking this after 30+ years

I just setup my counter and starting a 90-day challenge, after 6 days of no PMO. Last couple days I've been sick with a cold, which ironically helps. The app has also helped recently.

Also, I have an accountability partner on here. I've never EVER had a support network before (mainly from being to embarrassed to reach out, and not even knowing where to reach out) and that may be why I've never succeeded in getting over this in over 30+ years.

So far I've been really encouraged with the support I've received here. No excuse to relapse!!! Thank you all for your continued support. I'll definitely need it!
