90 days

    Hi y'all, I made it to 90 days of no PMO (no resets or relapses) and am feeling pretty good. The improvements in my PIED are coming about slowly, but I think steadily. Definitely not linearly though. Some days are astoundingly good, others not so much. But I believe in the process and generally am feeling very good about myself. I know I will heal 100% if I stay the course. 61 years old BTW. It's never too late.
