A new chapter in the NoFap Chronicles

Hello folks and happy No Frapping

Well, I have finally decided to write my own chapter in this eternal chronicle. Hard mode for 60 days. Its taken me the best part of 18 years to muster up the courage and 'come out' with this and I can hear a little voice, right at this very minute, saying 'you ain't ganna make it'. Well to hell with him/it/whatever, I have had enough of my life being wasted in trivial pursuit, time to take control.

Any tips or advice will be gladly received.
