    So I’ve been pmo free for 22 days and was wondering as I’m seeing my gf if it’s okay to get a hand job or blow job off her without having any negative effects on my recovery so far and I’m also avoiding sex

    It all depends on your goal if your primary concern while starting PMO was porn addiction, then there won't be any harm by having intimate moments with your GF. But if you are looking for benefits of semen retention then I won't suggest you do the same.
