    Although this was originally posted as a comment in another thread, i feel this is worth it's own thread:

    There could be some connection with addiction to pmo and ADD / ADHD. One of the typical signs of ADD / ADHD is the need for instant gratification (dopamine release), and a general tendency towards addictions. So if someone is diagnosed with ADD / ADHD, adequate medication may be key to be healthy, and free from morbid addictions. Besides medication, living an appropriate lifestyle for ADD / ADHD could greatly support your nofap goals.

    @Mike25 I have ADHD and OCD. I read about how its easy for the people with ADHD to get addicted. Thanks for the link and info.
