hey there, I'm new around here, longest nofap streak I've hit is a week, trying to make it to two weeks and eventually never again. My question is how to, and if i should share that i'm an addict with someone. From what I understand a lot of addicts get a sponsor to help them stay accountable, I'm thinking of doing this but I also want to beat my porn addiction by myself, that way I don't have to rely on someone else telling me not to watch porn, but being able to restrain myself through my own will and desire to be better. Any Advice?
Asking a good question A sponsor can’t fix this but it could be a winning idea to help you over whatever hurdles you can’t see in your own way So you are still responsible for your own decisions and progress with or without one
