AFTER RELAPSING COUNTLESS TIMES, IM ON DAY 45 HARD MODE FINALLY!!!

Hey guys, today is my birthday
exactly 45 days ago after relapsing 5th time in a row, i made a promise to myself that i will NEVER masturbate again. PMO HAD TO GO. I suffered from severe Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction, Depression, Panic Attacks and i had absolutely no motivation in life to accomplish anything. I felt disgusted with my life and at that moment i knew that something had to change. I promised myself that on my birthday i'd be 45 days clean and today is that day. I am extremely proud of myself to say the least. My depression, and Panic Attacks are gone. I play football and hit the gym 5 days a week. I have lost 24lbs since then and am much stronger, both physically and mentally. To all those who think it's not possible to quit pmo for good, i say it's definitely worth a try because believe it or not nofap has completely changed my life. Never lose hope !

Bro i started keeping myself busy along with picking up new hobbies like working out and learning the guitar. Whenever i get urges, i just go for a run or take a cold shower. I just realized that i wasted a huge part of my life on porn, time which i will never get back and i wanted to do something valuable with my life is all.

 

Update: on day 71 now, still going strong. No arousal, no edging, no sex, no porn, no masturbation. We're all gonna make it !!!!
