After two months and 9 days I watched porn again and masturbated. I'm so tired.

It was a super nice two months, during which I made a lot for my studies and continued to develop my sport. At the moment, I even participate in the CrossFit Open and have a lot of fun!

But at times I can not handle the urge to masturbate.

My longest streak was 39 days, then 15, then 11 and now two days and today I also watched pornography. I also spent 60 minutes on porn sites to find the "great" video. I have completely slipped back into my old ways of behaving and that is very sad.

I tried to participate in the 365 Days Challenge in this forum and had a relapse four times. At some point I did not even log in daily and communicated my days.

On the one hand, I always think that I should deal with the topic more often. Then I watch Youtube videos about NoFap and read pornography studies. On the other hand, I have the feeling that the Internet and the use of electronic devices trigger me.

I have an intact social structure, have success in life and can be in good contact with people. I have a great girlfriend. I've been with her for 7 years. It's going great! And yet, I sometimes seek a refug on these websites and look at this crazy videos ... I do not want that anymore. I want to be the best version of myself. And I was it in the last two months.

I do not know how to continue. I need motivation again and another mindset. I want to finally make the 90 days and then stay tuned. But somehow I can not handle the triggers.

Do you have tips? Please help me.

What was happening right before you started looking stuff up? What were you feeling? What stuff was going on in your life?

How can you learn from this and turn it into a win?

I'm quite sure that if you have went 39 days without pmo, you know how to use the tools - so why not pick them up again?
You also mention you want to be the best version of yourself. So persuade a healthy lifestyle.

Rather than sitting down waiting for motivation to come back, why not do the simple stuff that makes you happy?
Engaging in personal interests helps you find motivation.

    It's all about mindset.

  6. I applaud your request for new tools. At times, a better tool can make all the difference. Here is one that has helped me tremendously with those "right in the moment" urges. I shared it with someone who does not have this issue (not a pa) and it helped them, too. Best wishes.

    Hey,

thank you for your tips! I want to answer some questions.

I think I saw some women at social networks, who triggered to seek more pictures like them. But then I looked for more concrete pictures. I know that I should have intervened at this point. But I did not take that seriously and the urge was too big to look at naked women. In the end, I went to porn sites...

Thank you for this video! Great!

Agreed! Tools are there. Let's use them and maybe find a new one if we're caught off guard and need to get back in the game. Boy Scouts want to be physically strong and mentally awake. That's a great start for hobbies that keep us strong and our minds active :)
