Again

So my wife caught me somewhat playing with myself, I watched a little porn. Then I lied when confronted, which I know I shouldn't have done. Its a bad instinct to have and its so hard to break away from it. My wife is pissed, not talking to me, and she says we are broken up now. I'm a bit of a mess right now. I turkey try to change but this demon keeps calling me. I need to get back to the support group. I'm not sure how to deal with this kind of stress I'm in full on panic mode from all the emotions
