Against my demons

Hi everyone, it´s being a long time since I use the Nofap community, I think since November from the last year.
During this time I had failed most of the time, I tried to defeat this addiction but it has been too difficult.
As you can see on my day counter I have a week without M and O, because yesterday in the night and today I watched P.
The first days after I reboot are easy because it´s the time when you start to think that you will never fail again, but as days go by, my mind starts to ask me to watch some porn and some of the videos that excited me more are playing in my mind, then I feel the need to watch them. Fortunately I didn´t M and O.
I would like to overpose to this addiction.
So ,if you want to leave some tips or comments, I would be grateful.
