    Hi everyone!

Long story short...been addicted to PMO since I was about 15 years old. 36 now. Recent gf found my computer and realized I was a porn/love addict. At the time was the worst thing ever! But now I realize it was the best thing that ever happened to me.
I havent PMO since sometime in December....dont remember the exact last time date so Ill say Dec 15th. 211 days without PMO when Ive been doing it since I was 15. I realized the pain and suffering it has caused in my life and Im still going strong and have never looked back! Ive had 3 addictions in my life, weed cigarettes and PMO. Glad to say Ive cut out all those vices on the first try and have never looked back. Quit weed and cigs 5 years ago and quit PMO 211 days ago! YES!
GF found out in Feb of 2018 and tried to help me work on myself but at that time I was resistant and still asleep to my addictions. I didnt want to change. Happy to say I feel so alive and awake now and am ready for a real intimate relationship and actively working on fixing my broken one with the girl that "found me out" and Im forever grateful and indebted to her for that.

I hope I can help others out and vice versa. I dont know why its been easy for me to quit PMO so easily without looking back...perhaps because I realize how messed up it made me and I see the new me emerging.

Good luck to everyone out there!

    Awesome! :D

Yes, please be active at NoFap. Lots of people will be able to learn from you. I suspect that some will quit because of your help.

Will do! Were all in this together! The best way for me was replacing my addiction with healthier options. Working out, reading, meditation, nature...but I think the biggest factor was just the realization of how messed up PMO is. It messed up my life so bad! Relationships suffered, personal life suffered, sexual performance suffered. You develop a "death claw" where the only thing that gets you off is PMO...sex doesnt even cut it. It was insane!
