    everything turn me on ?!!!!!
    im trying quite but always relapse i love porn but i need make normal relation even for while...
    im always alone specifically at night i need some idea to calm down my body and my feelings :(

    So, remove access to porn at night. Leave internet devices outside of the bedroom - charging? Do this at least one hour before you expect to sleep. Instead read a (non-sexually-arousing) book. This will help calm you and remove opportunity.
