Nice job on the fast! I've also fasted a bit. What is interesting is that fasting helps me stay away from the things I binge with - games, videos, PMO. Self control in one area of life can lead to self control in another area. Maybe it's that I don't feel amazing, and my body is focused on maintaining itself while fasting. Try fasting with only water for a couple days - it'll help clean out the system! If you do fasting more often, your body will get used to it, and you'll be able to do more. It's great for improving your health. Low calorie diets also improve your health, per scientific studies.
