An Experience

I have been on and off Nofap not by choice that is.I have experienced a few victories and many failures.I made this account because I need accountability for my actions.(Its tough trying to do this on your own)

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MYSELF:
I'm a 16 yr old in the final year of school and boy how have things gone for the worst.In the country i live in currently at school i'm a nobody(academically) whereas in my previous country and school i was known for my intellect,good grades and public speaking.(The difference is like the light of the day and the darkness of the night).
I feel so frustrated i'm not studying while everybody else is,you want to know why i can't study because of the brain fog and laziness that comes along with pmoing.
Porn has stolen my social ability causing me to become timid and hit with anxiety in social settings,i don't feel comfortable staring at people in the eyes.
Lastly,on girls:according to my religion it's does not allow pre-marital relationships,but you can still interact with women in social settings.What happens is when a girl tries to talk to me i just become silent and can't speak with them.Also while watching porn i put women on a pedestal which make things further worse.
From that i have concluded that i have to find myself before i can find someone.
MY AMBITIONS/GOALS:

1. To quit PMO
2. To quit habits that waste your time like watching t.v shows,excessive social media and so on
3. To start working out (I'm skinny)
4. To start studying so i can pass my final exams and much more.
5. To socialize more not only to improve my social skills but because its also interesting
6. To stop being passive and start caring for my family
