An introduction post

Hello Everyone

I am Zntrix, a 20 year old pmo addicted straight male and virgin, I came to this site to improve myself and to get rid of the pmo in my life, there is more on my journal thread since that was the first one i made and i didn't realize this existed too. but I wanted to post here either way

porn ruined me in various reason and I want to correct this. M is also something i want to stop, since i don't need it and feels useless to do without P


I stumbled upon this site by searching for the NoFap november challenge, I didn't know that was a thing until now. but after reading a lot of posts on this site I started to learn about my behavior and how messed up i have become. i guess this is needed to start over again, without the need of pm. This site made me aware of my addiction and the need to get a grip on my life. while self reflecting the day before i joined i realized how messed up porn is and what it does to you, so i quit porn all together since i know there wont be another solution for me (out of experience)

I felt this community is exactly what i needed. it felt welcoming and helpful. So i am going to make the best of it!
