Any tips to go beyond 2 weeks of nofap?

    Tired of failing the streak beyond 2 weeks so I now wear the rough jeans when I'm at the computer so I dont fap while sitting, so far it works good, but I dont really have a plan to prevent fapping in bed if the urges come back any ideas?

    I trust you have been wearing polyester/nylon trac pants? I too like wearing them! At the gymn or here at home..super ! I like my dress slacks too. I feel different for some reason. Rough jeans--not a bad idea. I like wearing my AND1 basketball shorts to bed. AND1 boxers are very good....but can be a bit restricting around the private parts. Any questions let me know.

    Before bedtime I take a magnesium tablet which helps to sleep and fix some oatmeal or sandwich. I do get some erections in the middle of nite..I would not like to you. Erections go away on their own. I am devout Christain so I keep my mind on some portion of the Bible even before bedtime.

    I meant "I would not lie to you".. I do get erections in middle of nite but I don't act on them. I am a single guy never married. Purity and chasity are real with God's grace.

    Also, you neeeed to find what works for you

    When a trigger hits, I try to remember to B.R.A.C.E. (from the FreedomFight.org, great website for recovery if you haven't already come across it).

    B - Breathe deeply (4 seconds in, 4 seconds out) for a minute or so
    R - Remember the truth (for me it's reading scripture, but just remember who you want to be and the truth about what porn really does to you)
    AC - Accountability Call (call or text accountability and let them know you're struggling. Bringing light to the struggle can diffuse the power it has over you)
    E - Escape (leave wherever you are that made you tempted immediately)

    One of the keys they talk about is to practice this even when you're not tempted, 2-3 times per day minimum. You train your brain to start to react like that when temptation hits, and once it really does, your first reaction will be to BRACE instead of submit to the tempting material.

    i suppose that in my case what helps me is to come back on this site at least once a day to check the alerts from the threads i watch. this reminds why i'm here and what i'm gonna do and why is important to me.
    I watch threads about the things interest me more, wether those are or are not related to pmo, like videogames or christmas music.
