I can't even get it up to porn. I know it works, as I have some nocturnal erections. Not super hard but I do have them. But I can't get it up for sex or porn. Am I too far gone? Anyone have similar? Did a Penile Doppler and hormonal tests, all ok

If you are physically ok, you just need reboot time. IMO, there's no such thing as "too far gone" - this is 100% correctable as it's all in your brain. If you've had your dick checked and physically you're ok - then the problem is your brain - specifically the dopamine receptors in your brain are desensitized / basically numb at this point. They can resensitize, but only if you stop doing what you've been doing for the last however many years. In a nutshell, your brain is so overloaded by the dopamine you've been shoving down its throat, that it can't take anymore and the brain has a failsafe built in where it will start shutting down its dopamine receptors to prevent overload. This means you get to a point where you can watch porn all day long and never get hard because the dopamine that gets released will never be enough to get through the desensitization wall.

So how do you fix it?

No more porn, stop thinking about porn. If I were you, I'd go at least the next 7 days without masturbating. After that, try to only masturbate maybe 1-2 times per week and if and when you do masturbate, DON'T WATCH PORN. Just masturbate to your thoughts about a pretty girl in your life - maybe it's just a girl you know at school, work, etc. Imagine having a full sexual encounter with her. You ultimately want to re-calibrate your brain to associate intimacy with a real sexual encounter with a woman versus just watching a sex act on screen. If all you're seeing / thinking about all day are the most beautiful women in the world then when you actually get in bed with an everyday woman, you're disappointed and it's more difficult to get aroused.

Hang in there, it's fixable, but you will have to put forth some effort to get on the right track. :)
