Are effects permanent?

Hello all, I started pmo around 14, when I would pmo I would be as quick as possible to avoid getting caught, by doing this I think I might have conditioned my brain because since being sexually active I have had issues with pe that seems to be getting worse since this past year and a half. I just watched a video showing tests that shows individuals who started watching porn at a young age had lasting effects while individuals who started watching porn at an older age had effects that were only temporary, I'm worried that the effects from watching porn at a young age are permanent and that I will be stuck with pe. Can anyone clear the air?
