    I just worried the fetishes or things I'm into now won't fade away after recovery. The last two years (I'm 26 btw) I've been watching more extreme sub/dom stuff (humiliation,degrading women) online and stuff I'm ashamed of but I like it. I'm not sure if it's P induced or inherent, I would hope it is P induced and with recovery it will fade but I would like to hear others opinion and experience in similar situations. Also I'm not sure if it makes a difference but I've also experienced these fetishes in the real world and seeking them out and another level of escalation.

    Yes its probably porn induced if you have conditioned your sexual reward circuits to respond to that stuff. I myself watched alot of videos with a 1:10+ girl to guy ratio and now my brain tries to flash the scenarios of doing that stuff in real life. Obviously im not going to because the addiction literally has zero consideration for any real life consequences that would certainly come from it, like eternal mental torture and shame. Don't reinforce these pathways by continuing to PMO to them. Let them die and wire your sexual reward circuits to more natural things that you actually enjoy.
